Associate Project Manager (BE)

Position Summary:


We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our rapidly growing Professional Services-oriented Operations team. In this role, you will manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of Risk Based Quality Management (RBQM) projects. You will work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and  with high quality. This role will receive support from line manager and/or senior level project management team members.  This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment.  A strong understanding of clinical trials and pharmaceutical development processes is a plus.  In this role, you will contribute to our high-quality delivery standards by working with the team to ensure all are providing excellent service to our customers.  When assigned, you will support the Program Director or Senior Project Manager and will be flexible enough to work independently where requested.

Responsibilities:


• Development and implement project plans for assigned projects.
• Manage project invoices and financial tracking in consultation with line manager and/or senior team member, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines
• Track project progress, standard risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and manage their deliverables
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation, including protocols, case report forms, and study specifications.
• Meet with project team members regularly to manage timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and exceed client’s expectations in compliance with Quality Management procedures.
• Actively contribute to the development of highly effective training plans and content, and as project lead, ensure other project team members do the same.
• Provide basic training to clients on CluePoints solution.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
• Participate in and/or lead project meetings and provide updates to project stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the Operations team.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, technical, or relevant life sciences field.
• 3-5years of professional experience. 
• Some familiarity with of clinical trial phases, study design, and regulatory requirements such as FDA or EMA regulations is preferred.
• Some knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines is preferred.
• Experience with project plans, project budgets, invoicing, and deliverable management.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills 
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of weighing risks and making informed decisions that align with CluePoints values and strategy.
• Aptitude for data analytics and basic statistical concepts.
• Possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English, with a focus on professional and respectful interaction at all organizational levels. 
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, maintaining project schedule and quality deliverables in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel for business.
• Authorized to work in Belgium without sponsorship
• Hybrid 2-3 days in the office per week
