                    The Job

                    Join CluePoints’ HR Team and combine your knowledge of sourcing techniques with your communication skills to help us find our new talents!

                    Not only will you be responsible for the sourcing of new candidates, but you will also take part in the onboarding of new members and contract drafting.

                    Successful candidate will be able to:

                    • Find and attract sales, operational and technical profiles (i.e. developers, data analyst, product owner, …) for positions in Belgium, EU, and US
                    • Alternatively develop creative solutions to generate candidates and where appropriate develop and sustain good working relationships with external recruitment companies – to speed up the recruitment process
                    • Use social media networks, professional and CluePoints websites to advertise job openings and look for potential candidates
                    • Work in close collaboration with stakeholders and managers to understand their recruitment needs and find the best candidates for their teams
                    • Source the best talents on the market, review applications, conduct interviews and manage offers
                    • Identify, enroll, and participate to various job fairs and job days throughout the year
                    • Create and manage a reserve recruitment list

                    What you bring to the table: 

                    • Your passion and curiosity towards recruitment and IT sector dedicated to health and clinical research, with a willingness to learn and grow as part of our HR team
                    • Proven track record of sourcing international talent across a variety of roles, i.e. software engineers, product managers, sales, and customer success profiles
                    • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (recruitment agency, internal recruiter, etc.)
                    • Your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
                    • Your motivation, proactivity, and autonomy
                    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
