CluePoints is seeking outstanding candidates with strong project management skills and a passion for delivery excellence, to help drive customer success and broad adoption of the CluePoints solution.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for allocating resources to client projects based on their skills, previous experience, availability, or project budget by working closely with employees’ managers
  • Prioritize resources to ensure that quality and client satisfaction is always achieved
  • Capacity planning to make sure that resources have the availability to deliver upcoming projects
  • Support Project Managers in ongoing resource management efforts by reallocating resources, adjusting goals or requirements, or assigning new people to the team
  • Understand the nuances of clinical trials with respect to the requirements, timelines, and recruitment goals and apply that to resourcing model 
  • Collaboration with key business stakeholders, e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Data Analyst Manager, Operations Leaders to track pipeline and new wins, focusing on resource planning and anticipating future needs 
  • Responsible for identifying potential resourcing risks/issues and ensuring mitigation is in place
  • Monitor headcount levels and recruitment needs to ensure we have the resources needed
  • Support recruitment process of required resources
  • Work on process improvement for staffing of data analysts
  • Create a resourcing process for central monitors, project managers and other staff 
  • Assist with resourcing requirements during the proposal stage for the Business Development team 
  • Drive continuous improvements to the overall resourcing process 
  • Understand the CluePoints solutions and products to ensure resourcing across the entire product suite with the appropriate resources 

Skills Needed

  • Workforce planning/ Resource utilization experience is essential
  • Experience in how to manage and run projects effectively to get the most return from resources
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • A can-do attitude, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to details
  • Capable of effective monitoring and reporting of workload, utilization, headcount levels, and recruitment needs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop working relationships easily
  • Confidence to make clear and well-thought decisions and recommendations
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Open-minded and collaborative when looking for solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, under time and resource constraints
  • Experience and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Comfortable working in a matrix environment with dotted line responsibilities to VP Data Services, VP Consulting and other Project Delivery Directors/Associate Directors

Qualifications Needed

  • A minimum of 1 yr hands-on experience in resource management
  • Experience working in a clinical research organization, with knowledge and understanding of clinical trial conduct
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management software is a plus
  • College degree, preferably in a business, scientific or technical discipline 
  • Aptitude for data analytics
