Talent Acquisition Specialist Part-Time
Join CluePoints’s HR Team and combine your knowledge of sourcing techniques with your communication skills to help us find our new talents! Not only will you be responsible for the sourcing of new candidates, but you will also take part in the on-boarding of new members and contract drafting.
The position is for a maternity leave, starting in March for a period of 4 to 6 months (2 to 3 days a week).
We offer flexibility in terms of contract: freelance, part-time, fixed-termed
Successful candidate will be able to:
Find and attract technical profiles (i.e. developers, data analyst, product owner, …)
Use social media networks, professional and CluePoints websites to look for and connect with potential candidates
Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
Work in close collaboration with stakeholders and managers to understand their recruitment needs and find the best candidates for their teams
Identify, enroll and participate to various jobfais and jobdays throughout the year
Collaborate with external recruitment companies (if needed) to speed up the recruitment process In this position, you will be coached by the HR manager at first and then acquire more and more autonomy to manage the entire recruitment process
What you bring to the table:
Your passion and curiosity towards recruitment and IT sector, with a willingness to learn and grow
Your motivation, proactivity and autonomy
Your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources or equivalent
You don’t need experience but if you have one in sourcing or in a similar position it would greatly help you
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
