                    Your challenge:

                    As Technical TA Specialist you will prospect and focus your search on the Flemish triangle: Antwerp, Ghent and Leuven. You don’t just wait for a job opening announcement to start looking for candidates, you already started building pipelines and you keep in touch with past applicants. You engage passive candidates and create a strong network

                    As Technical TA Specialist, you will be able to:

                    • Source the best experienced candidates via channels like LinkedIn & StackOverFlow for developers
                    • Attract our next tech team members (i.e. developers, Site Reliability Engineers, Testers, …) for positions in Belgium, EU and the US
                    • Review applications, conduct interviews and manage offers
                    • Attend HR events to stay up to date with recruitment trends
                    • Work in close collaboration with stakeholders and managers to understand their recruitment needs and find the best candidates for their teams

                    What you bring to the table: 

                    • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in-house as a full lifecycle recruiter.
                    • Experience with successfully sourcing candidates through creative channels (web, social, professional networks), including developing social media sourcing strategies.
                    • Your passion and curiosity towards recruitment and IT sector dedicated to health and clinical research, with a willingness to learn and grow as part of our HR team
                    • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and customer relationships
                    • Your Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
                    • Your motivation, proactivity, and autonomy
                    • Excellent professional communication skills in English and Dutch
