                      Your challenge:

                      As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will prospect and look for candidates based in Belgium & Europe. You don’t just wait for a new open role  to start looking for candidates, you have already started building pipelines and you keep in touch with past applicants. You engage passive candidates and create a strong network

                      As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be able to:



                      • Source the best experienced candidates via LinkedIn & others
                      • Attract our next team members (i.e. Operations, R&D, Data, Engineering, Product...) for positions in Belgium, EU and US
                      • Review applications, conduct interviews and manage offers
                      • Attend HR events to stay up to date with recruitment trends
                      • Work in close collaboration with stakeholders and managers to understand their recruitment needs and find the best candidates for their teams

                      What you bring to the table: 

                      • 3+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in-house as a full lifecycle recruiter.
                      • Experience with successfully sourcing candidates through creative channels (web, social, professional networks), including developing social media sourcing strategies.
                      • Your passion and curiosity towards recruitment and IT sector dedicated to health and clinical research, with a willingness to learn and grow as part of our HR team
                      • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and customer relationships
                      • Your Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
                      • Your motivation, proactivity, and autonomy
                      • Excellent professional communication skills in English and French.
