Payroll & HRIS Associate

As Payroll & HRIS Associate, you will join the global People team.

Together with our People Services Manager, you will participate in administrative tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, payroll, fleet management, and other various HR duties.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

HRIS & Payroll Responsibilities:

  • Processing new employee's contracts and terminations – On and Offboarding processes
  • Regular filing and archiving of HR information
  • Ensure the front-line HR presence for general administrative matters and operational follow-up for all personnel management, such as preparation of employee arrivals and departures (contracts’ filing, amendments, insurance enrolments, social and administrative documents, registrations, etc.), contract changes, sick leaves, work accidents, etc.
  • Monitor benefits (among others: lunch vouchers), sickness, statutory and thematic leaves, etc., in order to ensure data accuracy and prepare accurate payroll
  • Manage the HRIS databases
  • Maintain personal data files of all employees
  • Manage the Mobility Platform (“Mbrella”)

Fleet Management Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the follow up on car orders when this solution is chosen by an employee

  • Handle fleet mobility policy improvements on social, ecological, and financial aspects; to define an optimal policy
  • Design, implement and communicate new mobility rules/policies when necessary
  • Lead the compliance efforts of the fleet mobility policy and manage the extend expertise when needed
  • Follow up of the offers, orders, fines, accidents and technical checks

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (in human resources management, labour law, etc.)
  • At least a first probing experience in a similar role (e.g.: HR Officer, HR Payroll and Administration)

We are looking for an Application Security Engineer to reinforce the CluePoints Security Team. As Application Security Engineer, you will closely work with the Product and Engineering teams to help them secure CluePoints’ products. You will report to the Information Security Officer.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Perform security validation of application design.
  • Perform Threat modeling.
  • Participate in leading the security champions program.
  • Coach and help security champions in their daily activities.
  • Perform code review when needed.
  • Help improving the DevSecOps strategy.
  • Analyze, prioritize and coordinate the fix of vulnerabilities revealed by the different scanning tools.
  • Coordinate penetration testing activities related to the CluePoints’ products.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience working in the security field.
  • Software engineering experience.
  • BA or MS in relevant field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Able to coordinate with and explain security concepts to stakeholders from different backgrounds/departments.

  • Understand of application development processes.

In this role, you will collaborate with skilled engineers, Squad leads, and our lead application architect to find elegant and manageable solutions to new and complex product needs. As a member of the Engineering team, you will join a friendly and talented group of Backend Software Engineer, within a dynamic scale-up company facing great engineering challenges.

Successful candidate will be able to:

  • Build robust and scalable software using Python
  • Refactor and perform code review
  • Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Work with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and then translate that into a pragmatic and effective technical solution
  • Increase test coverage via unit tests and integration tests

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience (5+ years) interfacing with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), with web-frameworks (Pyramid or equivalent), following best practices (testing, design patterns, etc)

SCOPE:

The Platform Analyst will support clients to ensure their RBQM related business requirements are achieved during the implementation of the CluePoints Platform through gap analysis, process definition and recommended solutions. 

This Platform Analyst understands emerging technologies and can identify opportunities to automate and standardize business processes. They assist with educating the Product team on the client’s business requirements and assists with facilitating communication and alignment between functions and Product from the gathering of initial requirements to final implementation. This Analyst may also be responsible for the development of business and technical process documentation and training materials.

Maintaining excellent communication, attention to detail and establishing strong relationships are keys to success in your interactions with colleagues from within other CluePoints departments as well as externally with our clients.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing and maintaining documentation to support the Business Analyst Services which are provided both internally and externally
  • Understanding and evaluating current business processes in the context of the integration of the CluePoints platform modules into the customer’s ecosystem (i.e., CTMS integration, SSO integration, Usage Dashboard, Connectors, Validation)
  • Identifying, evaluating and developing recommendations and procedures that foster the successful integration of CluePoints platform modules
  • Support the successful operational and technical integration of CluePoints platform modules into the customer’s ecosystem by:
    o providing leadership and consultation in planning and executing integration
    o supporting the collection of business requirements and definition of functional specifications

Functional Analyst

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Product Manager for discovery by reviewing, spotting gray areas, and requesting or adding details where needed,
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to gather and review detailed Business and User Requirements,

  • Master degree (Business or IT) or equivalent through experience in a related function,
  • Experience (3+ years) as functional and/or business analyst working on software projects,
  • Preferred experience with SaaS in a B2B heavily regulated environment (telco, banking, pharma),
  • Good appreciation for the SDLC and different development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, waterfall, etc.),
  • General technology affinity. Able to discuss with technology in a constructive way with technical and non-technical teams,
