Responsibilities

As a member of our Research team:

  • You develop new machine learning models to enhance the CluePoints web platform and/or to develop new products.
  • You identify promising ML techniques from scientific literature and assess their viability
  • You leverage relevant open-source resources and keep yourself up-to-date to new developments in this area
  • You produce robust and clean python code 
  • You follow ML best practices to keep track of experiments and models
  • You identify new fields of applications for machine learning and deep learning within CluePoints and contribute to increased adoption of machine learning within the healthcare industry
  • You stay on the edge of relevant research and help CluePoints to continue increasing its scientific visibility by participating at scientific conferences and publishing in scientific journals

Main Qualifications

  • Master or PhD in Computer sciences or quantitative fields (maths, physics, ...)
  • Professional experience in machine learning / data science
  • Efficient in Python 
  • Good knowledge in at least one deep learning platform like TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Experience with code versioning tools such as Git

Preferred Qualifications:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing and maintaining documentation to support the Business Analyst Services which are provided both internally and externally
  • Understanding and evaluating current business processes in the context of the integration of the CluePoints platform modules into the customer’s ecosystem (i.e., CTMS integration, SSO integration, Usage Dashboard, Connectors, Validation)
  • Identifying, evaluating and developing recommendations and procedures that foster the successful integration of CluePoints platform modules
  • Support the successful operational and technical integration of CluePoints platform modules into the customer’s ecosystem by:
    o providing leadership and consultation in planning and executing integration
    o supporting the collection of business requirements and definition of functional specifications

Qualifications:

As a member the CluePoints Research team at our Belgian offices, you will be responsible for delivering new and/or improved  statistical methods and extending the capabilities of a system for central statistical monitoring of clinical trials.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Extend the capabilities of a system for central statistical monitoring of clinical trials by developing new statistical analyses and new functionalities. 
  • Explore a range of data analysis / statistical modeling / machine-learning techniques and evaluate (via simulations and application to real-life datasets) their suitability, properties, implementation, ease of use, etc. 
  • Work in close collaboration with a team of statisticians and data mining experts. 
  • Interact with regulatory agencies (e.g., US Food and Drug Administration).

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Perform security validation of application design.

  • Perform Threat modeling.

  • Participate in leading the security champions program.

  • Coach and help security champions in their daily activities.

  • Help improving the DevSecOps strategy.

  • Understand of application development processes.

  • Support Product Manager for discovery by reviewing, spotting gray areas, and requesting or adding details where needed,
